Fine Art Appraisals and Fine Art Restoration for You or Your Art Gallery

Ninya Lee Greek (USPAP completed) provides Art Appraisal and is one of the few in the Colorado area. She travels fairly often down to Santa Fe, NM, up North all the way to the Wyoming border.

Her firm also participates in Fine Art Restoration work. The actual cleaning or repainting, either Oils, Water Colours, Pastels, Pencil Drawings, any two-dimensional or three-dimensional Fine Arts... are done by Ninya. The seven and one half years of Art School at four different Universities and Chouinard Art School in L.A. have developed her skills to be eminently qualified.  Additionally, Ninya studied in 2005 during her sojourn in Rome, Italy.  She takes classes semi-annually with all pertinent Appraisers Association groups.

As a Gallery, or an Individual you can rest assured that your  Fine Arts Appraisal or your needs for Fine Arts Restoration will be handled with extreme care and attention to detail. We will discuss with you, in depth, during that first interview, possibly by phone, what exactly will be involved , and give you a to the penny quote.  You will not be expected to go into any situation "Blind."

This office  works  with a Framer, on a contract basis.   When needed, we can re-frame or replace glass on your lovely Fine Art, or in some cases, quote the cost of re-framing and you, as the insured, may collect those dollars from the Claims Agent in lieu of completing the work. Ninya is appointed with nearly all the Claims offices, State of Colorado.
